Whole/Half/Quarter/Eighth Beef

We offer the option to purchase your beef in Eighths, Quarters, Halves, or a Whole. This beef is “grass-finished” which means the animal has been fattened & finished on grass or high quality grass & alfalfa hay. Supply is limited & you have the option to contact us to reserve your beef ahead of time. Our goal is to provide you with high standard, home grown, quality beef that we pride ourselves on. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do!

We have listened to our customer’s suggestions and have 1 flat fee to make things more straight forward (so don't worry about multiple payments and the confusing hanging weight, etc!). We have taken the average weight of all our harvested cows and set our prices based on that weight (to keep things fair).

The following lists will give you prices, and how much beef you can estimate to take home.
